BLUE OCTOBER
***Multi-platinum US Art Rock Band’s ‘The Worry List’ single released March 26th following February / March Acoustic UK Tour Dates***

Multi-platinum US rock band Blue October have added 5 dates to their previously announced UK acoustic tour, and lined up the release of a new single ‘The Worry List’, via earMUSIC / Edel, on March 26th. ‘The Worry List’ is the follow-up to Blue October’s ‘The Feel Again (Stay)’ radio hit single, which topped both Radio 2 and Kerrang! Radio’s A playlists throughout December 2011. The video for the song was also catapulted on to both Scuzz and Kerrang! TV’s A playlists.

Just prior to the tour, earMUSIC / Edel will release ‘Argue With A Tree’, a double live CD previously only available on import, on February 27th. ‘Argue With A Tree’, which will also be released on DVD on April 2nd, was recorded at the historic Lakewood Theatre in Dallas, Texas on June 4th 2004. ‘Argue With A Tree’ exhaustively covers the highlights of Blue October’s career up to that point taken from the band’s forst three albums ‘The Answers’ (1998), ‘Consent To Treatment’ (2000) and ‘History For Sale’ (2003).

Blue October completely sold out their November 2011 UK shows weeks in advance, and now Justin Furstenfeld, the voice of Blue October, returns to play the following Acoustic shows:-

Tue-Feb-28 Bristol Colston 2
Thur-Mar-1 Glasgow Oran Mor
Fri-Mar-2 Leeds The Wardrobe
Sun-Mar-4 Nottingham Glee Club

‘The Feel Again (Stay)’, and ‘The Worry List’ are taken from Blue October’s brand new album ‘Any Man In America’, which was inspired by, and chronicles singer Justin Furstenfeld’s deeply personal marriage breakdown and a tenuous custody battle that consumed him to a breaking point. He is currently campaigning for more rights for absent fathers in the American legal system at www.anymaninamerica.com, which is ‘A place for fathers, mothers and children who have dealt, or are dealing with, the issues of shared parenting and child custody to find their voice and speak their mind.”
