Anthrax are being sued by former singer Dan Nelson.
The frontman was in the bandfor two year from 2007, and recorded the original version of theWorship Music album, which was subsequently shelved. Nelson is claiming that has been falsely accused of quitting band when they were about to leave for a European tour, and that he wrote some of the songs for the aforementioned album, which was released earlier this year with Joey Belladonna on vocals. The suit is for $2.65 million.
