Steve Hackett is to release a charity single, and has also been added to the bill for a major festival.
The single, out on May 21, has the songs Til These Eyes and Enter The Night (Radio Mix). Out on InsideOut, part of the proceeds are to be donated to Childline Rocks. He’s also a show at the Islington Assembly Hall in London on May 20, in aid of the same charity. But this electric show, dubbed Past And Present, has already sold out.
Hackett will also be on the main stage at the Isle Of Wight Festival on Sunday, June 24, when Bruce Springsteen headlines.
